Facebook introduces Creative Guidance Navigator


Facebook has announced “Creative Guidance Navigator”, a directory of data-backed best practices for making better ad creatives.

To make it easier for you to tweak your creative so you can achieve your business goals faster, we put together a Creative Guidance Navigator full of downloadable, shareable and bite-sized best practices.

Here are just a couple of tips from the Navigator:

  1. Combine video and static content. Video-only or video + static campaigns outperformed static-only campaigns in driving conversion lift in 7 out of 10 studies.
  2. Instead of optimizing existing creative for stories, create a “stories-first creative”. In an analysis of A/B tests, stories-first creative outperformed the latter in terms of driving conversion and had a 12% lower average CPA.
