Flurry Analytics, from Verizon Media, is used in over 1 million mobile applications, providing aggregated insights across 2 billion mobile devices per month.
The report shows that daily opt-in rates to allow app tracking were just 13% as of May 10th globally and only 5% in the US.
Flurry plans to track and update the results every weekday at 2 pm.
